Influence In Action: Leadership That Delivers

Thursday, 26 February 2026

This year’s event explores how senior leaders can use influence as a strategic lever to mobilise the organisation, strengthen accountability, and deliver public service priorities with impact. The focus will be on practical leadership behaviours that turn influence into aligned action, sound decision-making, and results at scale.

We will welcome keynote speaker Scott Robley, who will lead a powerful deep dive into using intentional influence to create lasting behaviour change. Leaders will learn how to influence behaviour — not just rely on authority — to align teams, strengthen accountability, and drive results across today’s complex public-sector environment.

Scott will also facilitate a hands-on lab, where participants will apply Crucial Influence concepts to a real leadership challenge, leaving with a clear, actionable strategy they can implement immediately.

The event will also feature a CIG leadership panel, The Accountability Advantage, offering candid insights into the challenges and opportunities for building true accountability within CIG.

If you have received a formal invitation to attend this event in-person, please register using this link.
