At the CIG Level (Centrally managed initiatives)
Design, develop and implement an intervention for cohorts of senior leaders to work collaboratively to solve problems and deliver the Government’s priorities.
At the Ministry and Portfolio Level
Develop a strategic plan for your ministry/ portfolio with clear strategic objectives and projects and an implementation plan which helps to ensure that the focus is on doing the right things, and are focused on the delivery of Government’s priorities.
At the Department Level
Develop a strategic plan for your department /section/ unit with clear strategic objectives, projects, and an implementation plan which helps to ensure that the focus is on doing the right things and on the delivery of Government’s priorities.
