eGov helps Cayman Islands Government entities deliver digital services that allow residents, businesses, and government agencies to access public services online in a simple, secure, and convenient way.  

eGov supports a range of online government services, including digital service platforms, eServices Sign In, Cayman Islands Identification Card, Identification Register, government websites, secure data sharing, and other tools that help make public services easier to access and manage.

You can apply for the Cayman Islands Identification Card: My eID online through the My eID website.
To get started, visit the My eID website and follow the steps to submit your application. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be able to book an appointment to complete the process and receive your card.  
For the most up-to-date information on the eID office location and opening hours, please visit the My eID website.

For support with an online service, please contact the department or entity responsible for that service. Support details are usually provided on the service page or in the confirmation email you received.
You can also find support details for government services here.  

Support tickets submitted through the eGov website should only relate to eServices Sign In. If your request concerns another department or external entity, please contact them directly, as the erGov team is unable to assist with matters outside of its scope.
