About Us
The Department of eGovernment supports the Cayman Islands Government in delivering digital services that are simple, secure, and easier to access.
We work with government entities to design, develop, and support digital platforms, applications, websites, and online services that help residents and businesses interact with government more efficiently. Our role includes advising on digital government strategy, enabling secure access to services, supporting the Cayman Islands Identification Card, Identification Register, digital identity and data sharing, and helping departments improve how services are delivered online.
Our work is focused on making government more accessible, effective, and connected, while building trust in the digital services people use every day.

The Department of eGovernment is made up of a multidisciplinary team working together to support digital transformation across the Cayman Islands Government.
Our team brings together expertise in project management, business analysis, software development, user experience, digital platforms, service design, technical support, and digital service delivery. Together, we help government entities design, build, and support digital services that are secure, accessible, and easier for residents and businesses to use.
We work closely with departments, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders across government to deliver practical digital solutions, improve service delivery, and support a more connected public service.
