The Cayman Islands Civil Service College is excited to announce that the new Civil Service College Learning Management System (LMS) – CSC ONLINE is officially live and available to all civil servants, effective today, October 3, 2024.  

This milestone is a testament to the government's commitment to modernising public service and elevating it to a world-class standard. CSC Online, powered by one of the top five rated global learning management system providers, stands out as a comprehensive solution that integrates and consolidates all crucial learning resources across CIG. It’syour one-stop platform for all things learning!  

This significant investment underscores the value placed on providing every civil servant with the tools needed to grow and excel in their careers, fostering a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce. 

Deputy Governor and Head of the Civil Service Hon. Franz Manderson expressed strong support for this transformative initiative, stating: “Talent development continues to be a priority across the Civil Service.
