Protocol Office

What We Do

The Protocol Office advises Government on the appropriate engagements with local and foreign dignitaries, provides training in protocol and etiquette to civil servants and community partners, and works to modernise and standardise protocol procedures across Government.

The Office coordinates official events and ceremonial occasions, ensuring proper structure and the effective role of officials. We also oversee airport liaison and protocol support for travelling dignitaries and, where required, arrange transportation for local and visiting officials.

The Protocol Office is committed to delivering a high standard of service with courtesy, efficiency and cultural awareness. Our goal is to ensure that every official engagement reflects the welcoming spirit and professionalism of the Cayman Islands.
