Older Persons Month Ambassador Nomination Form 2026
The form allows persons to apply for the title of Older Persons Month Ambassador, which is annually given to an individual of good character, age 65 years and older, for making a substantial impact at a community, district, or national level in the Cayman Islands. The Ambassador designation recognises an individual’s leadership in the promotion of and participation in charitable causes and organisations in support of older persons. This designation recognises the contributions of persons, in their older years, who also contribute to their community by serving all generations.

Cayman Islands Older Persons Policy 2016-2035
The Cayman Islands Older Persons Policy, 2016-2035 encompasses all aspects of an older person's life, including health, community involvement, legal protection, etc. Effective implementation of this Policy is dependent on partnership between Government, Civil Society and the Private Sector in fulfilling the goals outlined in the Policy.

The Elderly Services Team at the Department of Children and Family Services delivers social work services to meet the needs of older persons; help to maximise their potential; contribute to their social development; and provide public education to the community.
