sustainable. More importantly, it was limiting my effectiveness and stifling the potential of my team.

Many of us struggle with delegation for various reasons, often because we are used to doing things ourselves and find it difficult to let go. For me, embracing delegation was a gradual process that required trust and a willingness to let go. While I am still honing this skill, I have witnessed its transformative power firsthand. By delegating thoughtfully, I have seen my team members learn, grow, and develop into stronger and more capable professionals. This shift has not only enhanced our overall productivity but also made us a more cohesive and effective team at the Ministry of Tourism & Ports.
