Cayman Islands Flag at Half-Mast for Former MLA

Former Member of the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Franklin R. Smith, passed away on Friday, 24 October 2025.

As a mark of respect, the Cayman Islands flag will be flown at half-mast tomorrow Friday, 14 November, at all Government buildings until sundown.
