DCFS has concluded its first-ever Child Safeguarding Symposium as part of Child Safeguarding Week, marking a coordinated effort to strengthen child protection systems, improve early intervention, & prioritise safeguarding as a shared responsibility.
DCFS Hosts First-Ever Child Safeguarding Week: NOV 17-21
In conjunction with the Department of Education Services, DCFS will visit schools across Cayman, delivering presentations and sharing information on child safeguarding, and encouraging open conversations with students about their rights, safety, and the importance of speaking up.
