Get Involved - National Tree Planting
Get Involved
There are a variety of ways you can support the National Tree Planting Programme - whether you are looking for a cause to support as an individual, or you are aiming to fulfil your organisation’s sustainability goals.
Make A Donation
Donating to the National Tree Planting Programme is a great way to have an immediate positive impact on the environment of the Cayman Islands, and to demonstrate an organisation's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, Governance principles.
Through your donation, you are directly supporting the conservation of birds, bats, and other important wildlife that needs native trees to survive. Trees also cool the environment around us, and absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, making this programme a great option for mitigating climate change and offsetting carbon emissions.
Donors will be highlighted on the Ministry’s Instagram page, and organisation logos will be added below as an acknowledgement. With your support, we can continue to plant native and culturally important trees that provide our islands with so many benefits.
How To Donate
We strategically select locations for tree plantings that have little to no trees on site, and that are easily accessible by the public. Your generous donation will be used to restore areas that are most in need of trees, creating green spaces for the community to enjoy the outdoors.
If you would like to donate to the National Tree Planting Programme, please click the link below to fill out a short form telling us the details of your donation. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you to arrange the signing of a Donation Agreement.
Please note, we are unable to accept international donations at this time.
