Purchase Agreements 2026-27

In accordance with the requirements of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision), this document contains Purchase Agreements between Cabinet and each Statutory Authority, Government Company and each Non-Governmental Output Supplier from which the Government is purchasing outputs.

The Government expects goods or services (outputs) to be delivered in exchange for the funding it provides these organisations. The purpose of the Purchase Agreement is to specify the quantity, quality, timeliness, location, and cost of outputs the supplier and/or organisation has agreed to produce during the 2026 and 2027 financial years. All forecasts shown in this document are unaudited.

The Purchase Agreement specifies the invoicing and payment arrangements that will apply in each of the purchase relationships.

In addition to the purchase relationship, the Government also has an ownership relationship with Statutory Authorities and Government Companies. This performance is specified in the Ownership Agreements.
