Purchase Agreements 2022-2023

The Government expects goods or services (outputs) to be delivered in exchange for the funding it provides these organisations. The purpose of the Purchase Agreement is to specify the quantity, quality, timeliness, location, and cost of outputs the supplier and/or organisation has agreed to produce during the 2022 and 2023 financial years. All forecasts for 2021 shown in this document are unaudited.
The Purchase Agreement specifies the invoicing and payment arrangements that will apply in each of the purchase relationships.
In addition to the purchase relationship, the Government also has an ownership relationship with Statutory Authorities and Government Companies. This performance is specified in the Ownership Agreements.
