PUBLIC ADVISORY- CBC Systems Restored and Fully Operational

The Cayman Islands Customs and Border Control Service (CBC) is pleased to advise that the Customs Online System (COLS) and the Customs Information Management System (CIMS) are now fully operational.

CBC has resumed the processing of import declarations and is accepting payments at its customer service counters.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the recent disruption and extend our appreciation to our valued importers and members of the public for their patience and understanding. Our team remains committed to processing and clearing goods as efficiently and promptly as possible.
