Final Report Part 2 Enforcement of Foreign Judgments, 8 March 2013

In its first year of operation the Law Reform Commission decided to undertake a review of the Matrimonial Causes Law, the Affiliation Law and the Maintenance Law. The purpose of the review is to highlight the areas which the Commission believes are in need of reform and to provide modern legislation to deal with such matters.
