ELECTIONS ACT (2022 REVISION)

THE ELECTIONS (APPLICATIONS UNDER SECTION 29A) RULES 2025

These Rules are made by the Chief Justice pursuant to Section 29A(3) of the Elections Act(2022 Revision).

1. Citation and Commencement

(1) These Rules shall be referred to as the Elections (Applications under Section
29A) Rules 2025.
(2) These Rules shall come into operation on the 17th day of February 2025 referred
to in these Rules as the "Commencement Date".
(3) These Rules shall apply to every proceeding which is pending or commenced
in the Grand Court on or after the Commencement Date.
