With more than a decade of experience in HR and administration, Edith Mwando is a results-driven HR leader dedicated to driving organizational transformation. Currently serving as Deputy Director of HR and Administration at MRCU since 2023, she has developed HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, streamline talent acquisition, and improve overall performance. Her expertise also extends to managing administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless support for business goals.
Previously, Edith worked as Asia and Africa HR Consultant, overseeing HR management for five countries and setting up HR strategies tailored to diverse regional needs. She has also held leadership roles such as HR Manager and People & Culture Manager from different organization, leading initiatives that strengthened workforce structures and fostered a positive workplace culture.
With a deep passion for HR and administration, Edith thrives on creating people-centered solutions while ensuring strong organizational structures. Holding a Master’s in Management Organization Development from USIU Africa, a Bachelor's in Business Administration (HR), and an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership, she brings a strategic and hands-on approach to building high-performing teams and efficient administrative frameworks.
