DVDL Hosts 5th Customer Appreciation Day in Grand Cayman
The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing (DVDL) expresses its sincere gratitude to all who participated in its fifth annual Customer Appreciation Day, held today, Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Customers across all three DVDL locations, Crewe Road, Breakers, and West Bay, were warmly welcomed by staff and Customer Service Representatives throughout the day. The event ran from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Crewe Road and from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Breakers and West Bay offices.
Visitors were treated to light refreshments, giveaways, and friendly interactions with the DVDL team, who took the opportunity to thank customers for their continued support and cooperation.
The day also served as an important platform to raise awareness about the department’s expanded service options, including:
- Convenient Online Services
- The dedicated Customer Support Unit
- Mailing of Drivers’ License Renewals
- Easy-to-use Online Forms
DVDL Director, David Dixon said, “Customer Appreciation Day is one of our favourite annual traditions. It’s our chance to meet face-to-face with the community, show our appreciation, and make sure everyone knows about the many tools we’ve developed to make accessing our services easier than ever.”
The department reports a steady increase in the use of online services and aims to continue enhancing the customer experience both in person and digitally.
