CINA Publication Scheme 2026

Every public authority covered by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has a legal duty to maintain a
publication scheme. The purpose is to make information readily available to the public without the need for specific written requests.

Information is organized into seven (7) different categories, to assist users in locating the information they are seeking. Schemes are intended to encourage authorities to proactively publish information, to develop a culture of openness and participation.
