CIG Salary Grid as at January 2025
On the 10th of October 2024, the Government announced its support for a 5% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for the Civil Service, which takes effect on 1st January 2025. Such payments help to address the widening gap between Civil Service salaries and the rate of inflation in the Cayman islands.
