Early Childhood Assistance Programme (ECAP) Funding Policy, 2026

This policy aims to set the parameters, requirements, and obligations of those administering the distribution of the ECAP Funding and to:

• Provide a clear set of criteria for the process of qualifying for funding
• Stratified process for the application criteria and decision-making
• Provide a clear process for disbursement of funding
• Allow for better fiscal accountability, ensuring that all documents and records are rigorously maintained
