This request seeks access to MRCU’s scientific records related to data collected from the aircraft's onboard data logging system since 2008. Additionally, the request includes all communications, such as minutes of meetings, emails, and memos between the MRCU aircraft section members and the recipient, as well as communications between the Chief Officer and the recipient regarding the request for access to the data.
