Second Meeting | 15-17 October 2025

During the Second Meeting of the 2025–2026 Session of Parliament, the Government presented its Strategic Policy Statement (SPS) 2026-2028, outlining national priorities and the planned direction of public policy.

In a historic first under the new Standing Orders, Premier André Ebanks responded to the inaugural Premier’s Question in the history of the Cayman Islands Parliament, marking a significant step in strengthening parliamentary accountability and transparency.
