Transit Visa
A transit passenger who is a National of any of the following countries is required to have a visa upon arrival to the islands:
- Afghanistan
- Albania
- Algeria
- Angola
- Bangladesh
- Belarus
- Bulgaria
- Burma (Myanmar)
- Burundi
- Cameroon
- China (People's Republic of)
- Colombia
- Congo Dem. Republic (Zaire)
- Cuba
- Eritrea
- Ethiopia
- Gambia
- Ghana
- India
- Iran
- Iraq
- Ivory Coast
- Lebanon
- Liberia
- Macedonia (F.Y.R. of)
- Moldova (Republic of)
- Nepal
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
- Palestinian Territories
- Romania
- Rwanda
- Saudi Arabia
- Senegal
- Serbia & Montenegro
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
- Sri Lanka
- Sudan
- Syria
- Turkey
- Turkish Rep. of Northern Cyprus
- Uganda
- Vietnam
- Yugoslavia
- Zimbabwe
Exception to this is a transit passenger arriving for any of the following:
- to join a cruise ship as a crew member within 24 hours of arrival;
- to disembark from a cruise ship in the islands in order to transfer to another cruise ship or to leave from the Islands by air within 24 hours of arrival;
- to repair equipment or carry out engineering services as referred to in regulation 11(2)(p) for a period of not more than 24 hours;
- as an operational crew member of a commercial airline.
