Hello 2 Hired
Connecting Caymanian Job Seekers with Employers, Support, and Real Opportunities
Hello 2 Hired is an employment initiative led by the Ministry of Caymanian Employment and Immigration (MCEI), designed to connect Caymanian job seekers with employers who are actively recruiting—while providing practical, on-site career support to help participants put their best foot forward.
Whether you’re exploring your next step, returning to the workforce, or ready for a new
opportunity, Hello 2 Hired brings job seekers and employers together in one space for direct conversations, guidance, and real-time hiring opportunities.
MCEI officially launched Hello 2 Hired at an inaugural event held on 23 February 2026, bringing together 66 job seekers, 20 employer representatives, and several workforce support partners. Employers conducted interviews and networking sessions, giving participants immediate opportunities to engage with recruiters and explore available roles.
The Ministry thanks all participating employers, partners, and volunteers who contributed to the success of the first event, with plans to continue and expand Hello 2 Hired moving forward.
