Review of the Succession and Wills Laws.
Terms of Reference
The Commission decided in June, 2011 to commence work on the modernisation of the Wills Law and the Succession Law. It was agreed in November, 2011, after discussions with the Director, that former lecturer at the Cayman Islands Law School, Dr. Simon Cooper and Reader in Law, Oxford Brookes University, UK , would act as consultant to the Commission on these two projects.
