Dr. Samal Nauhria is a Leadership and Management Training Facilitator at the Civil Service College (CSC), Cayman Islands Government. He designs and delivers leadership development programmes that equip public sector leaders with practical skills to navigate complex challenges, strengthen collaboration, and deliver meaningful results for the Cayman Islands community.

At CSC, he facilitates City & Guilds ILM-accredited leadership programmes (Levels 2, 3, and 5), aligned with the CIG competency framework, focusing on capabilities such as emotional intelligence, communication, change leadership, and performance management. He has also contributed to strategic initiatives including the development of the Chief Officers Leadership Pathway in collaboration with Harvard Kennedy School.

Prior to joining CSC, Dr. Nauhria served as a Professor of Pathology at Caribbean medical schools, where he was involved in teaching, curriculum development, and mentoring students in clinical sciences. With over a decade of experience in higher education, he brings a strong academic foundation to leadership development.
