Monique Malcolm has over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic roles across Latin America and the Caribbean. As the Director of Human Capital Development and the Civil Service College, Monique leads initiatives that foster organizational growth and enhance leadership capabilities in the public sector.

She is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and a certified coach. She also holds a Master's in Applied Psychology with focused study on how adults learn.

Monique believes that lifelong learning is crucial for driving sustainable growth and is dedicated to empowering leaders and teams for the benefit of the individuals, organisations and communities they serve.
