LRC Publishes Penal Code Part 2- Abortion
The Law Reform Commission publishes its Final Report titled "The Penal Code: Part 2 – Abortion". The Final Report recommends amendments to the Penal Code (2024 Revision) relating to abortion offences and the enactment of bespoke legislation to regulate abortion.
