Marie Pride - GOV.KY
Marie plays a key role in designing and delivering high-impact learning, leadership, management and coaching capability-building initiatives. Marie is recognised for her expertise in inclusive leadership, employee engagement and applied neuroscience. Her work focuses on enabling leaders to translate evidence-based leadership principles into practical behaviours that strengthen teams, improve service delivery, and foster people-first workplaces across the CIG.
A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL) and Chartered Manager member (fCMgr), Marie brings a strong professional foundation to her work, complemented by certifications in coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), restorative justice, teaching and facilitation. She is known for her engaging, reflective, and learner-centred approach, creating safe spaces that encourage growth, accountability, and sustained behavioural change. Marie’s contribution to the Cayman Islands public service has been formally recognised through multiple awards, including the Chief Officer’s Choice Award, acknowledging her leadership impact and commitment to raising professional standards.
