Ms. Andrea Proctor is the Director of Office for Strategic Action on Illicit Finance in the Ministry for Financial Services and Commerce, having joined the Ministry in 2018. Her responsibilities include regulatory engagement, and overseeing the development and implementation of financial services policy and regulatory measures by the Ministry’s agencies.
