Alisha Tugman is a passionate educator and learning and development professional dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education. With a strong background in facilitation, training, and behaviour management, she is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that support both personal and professional growth.

Her work focuses on innovative approaches to learning using practical examples, storytelling, and engaging activities, including designing experiences that support and engage neurodiverse audiences and participants, spanning across all ages. Driven by a mission to help others thrive, Alisha has supported workforce development through learning programs, educational initiatives, and community involvement.
