Alethia Lambert has worked in the field of communications for over fifteen years with the Governments of the Cayman Islands, United States and Jamaica in public relations, media relations, strategic communications, among other areas. She previously served as Communications and Public Affairs Manager in the Ministry of Planning, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure.

In addition to other management positions, she has provided communication support to several international development agencies including the United Nations Development Programme and the United States Agency for International Development.

Alethia holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Baruch College, City University of New York and is also an Attorney-at-Law, qualified to practise in another jurisdiction.
