The Ministry of Border Control, Labour & Culture is comprised of the Cayman Islands Customs & Border Control Service (CBC), the Department of Labour and Pensions (DLP), Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC) and the Cayman Islands Postal Service (CIPS).
