- Stabilising the country’s finances
- Starting long-awaited immigration reform
- Offering stamp-duty waivers for 69 Caymanians purchasing their first or second property
- Securing additional funding for services benefiting the elderly and vulnerable
- Ensuring returning graduates are considered for jobs in both private and public sectors
- Approving legislation to support the financial services industry
- Creating a national workforce committee to implement the human capital strategy
- Completing the first eight affordable homes at Flamingo Point, North Side
- Launching new affordable housing sites in George Town, Bodden Town, and West Bay, with over 60 homes in development
- Commencing affordable housing projects in Cayman Brac through the Sister Islands Affordable Housing Development Corporation
- Modernising the Government’s budgeting and reporting framework to focus on outcomes
